Refund policy

All Sales Are Final

All products sold through our website are considered final sale. Once an order has been shipped, it is not eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect purchases made by the customer

  • Dissatisfaction with the product after shipment

  • Delayed deliveries caused by shipping carriers

Damaged or Defective Products

Refunds, replacements, or returns will only be considered if the product arrives damaged or defective.

To be eligible for a claim:

  1. The damage or defect must be reported on the same day the order is delivered.

  2. You must contact us immediately through our Contact Us page.

  3. Clear photos and/or videos showing the damage or defect must be provided.

  4. The product must remain unused and in its original packaging until the claim has been reviewed.

Failure to report the issue on the day of delivery may result in the claim being denied.

Claim Review

Once we receive and review your claim, we will determine whether the product qualifies as damaged or defective. If approved, we may, at our sole discretion:

  • Replace the product; or

  • Issue a refund for the affected item.
